We can advise on a project’s feasibility and bankability, develop financial models, and assist with bid documentation and manage the negotiation of commercial contracts to bring the project to commercial and financial close. We also provide a project monitoring service for Funders to ensure that the project objectives in terms of overall cost and programme are monitored and achieved.
Our resources also allow us to undertake special bespoke assignments in cost consulting, construction management and development cost management. Our experience is varied and projects include many of Ireland’s largest construction projects as well as various developments throughout Europe. This specialised department is staffed by experienced chartered accountants and quantity surveyors, drawing as required on the Group’s extensive resources.
