Willie Aherne is Head of Project Advisory Service. A former Senior Manager with Bank of Ireland Corporate Banking, he worked for over 6 years in its Global Project Finance division. Prior to this, Willie worked with ESB as Finance Manager and was a senior auditor in KPMG. He has extensive project finance and public private partnership experience and has financed a broad range of international projects in the infrastructure, power, oil and gas sectors. Willie is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Association of Corporate Treasurers. He also holds a Master of Accounting degree from UCD and a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from University of Limerick.    

A key player in the Irish construction industry, Brendan has been involved in many of the largest developments in Ireland. Formally the President of the Society of Chartered Surveyors, he is currently Chairman of the Bruce Shaw Group.

Derry is a Director of Bruce Shaw Consulting and is also the immediate past President of the Society of Chartered Surveyors. He has over 25 years experience in the construction industry and is one of Ireland’s leading cost consultants for large scale building development. His specialist skills include accurate early budget establishment, procurement advice, life cycle assessments, value engineering and risk analysis.

Gerard is a Director of Bruce Shaw Consulting and has managed costs on some of the largest developments in Ireland including the ongoing Dublin Docklands Redevelopment, Xerox Ireland and various mixed use developments around the country. In recent years Gerard has specialised in strategic procurement advice and is one of Ireland’s leading consultants for building development.
