Housing Completions

Note:   *Housing completions are based on ESB connections. There was a higher than normal backlog of approximately 5,000 connections outstanding at the end of 2005 which was cleared during 2006. The adjusted figures for 2005 and 2006 should therefore read:
            2005 - 85,957 units
            2006 - 88,419 units
