Bruce Shaw is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven Cooke BSc MRICS ASCS, as Managing Director of our recently established Middle Eastern base in Abu Dhabi. A graduate from Edinburgh’s Napier University, Steven worked with local based PQS firm Morham & Brotchie for six years before moving to Bruce Shaw’s Dublin office in 2000.
Steven brings extensive experience across a broad range of sectors, a specialist in construction cost management, Steven’s recent projects include; Microsoft Datacentre, Aryzta / Cuisine de France Global HQ and Hertz European Service Centre. He has also managed costs on a number of third level educational facilities and various retail and leisure developments throughout Europe.
Bruce Shaw’s UAE setup is supported by SBK Holding, the holding company of His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahayan. Providing the full spectrum of cost and project management services to maximise built asset investment, Bruce Shaw are currently working on a number of high profile projects in the region.
