Executive Chairman
John Ballance is the Executive Chairman of BSPM Ltd. Previously the founding partner of J.J. Ballance & Co. Ireland’s first specialist project management consultancy, John has unrivalled experience in the management of large scale projects. John was awarded an OBE in the 2001 UK Honours List for the successful completion of the ward winning Welcome Wing of the Science Museum in London.

Kevin Kinsella joined BSPM in 2000 and was appointed Associate Director of the company in 2001. Kevin has worked on many of Ireland's major developments including Ballymun Regeneration Ltd. and in the Dublin Docklands area. He also has specific expertise in project management for educational facilities, having undertaken a series of large scale projects in NUI, Galway. Kevin also has extensive experience in the IT sector, and has managed a Lead Consultant Term Contract with IBM since 2001.

Tony has over twenty years experience in construction project management which includes an international portfolio of successful construction development. He is currently managing a number of major projects throughout Ireland including; Spencer Dock, Anglo Irish Bank New HQ, O’Donnell Sweeny and Central Park.

A key player in the Irish construction industry, Brendan has been involved in many of the largest developments in Ireland. Formally the President of the Society of Chartered Surveyors, he is currently Chairman of the Bruce Shaw Group.

Derry is Managing Partner of Bruce Shaw Dublin and is also the current President of the Society of Chartered Surveyors. He has over 25 years experience in the construction industry and is the Editor of the Bruce Shaw Handbook, Ireland’s leading construction industry guide.

Gerard is a senior partner in Bruce Shaw Dublin and has managed costs on some of the largest developments in Ireland including the Dublin Docklands Redevelopment. In recent years Gerard has specialised in strategic procurement advice and is one of Ireland’s leading consultants for building development.
