In 1985, as part of a structured development plan, Bruce Shaw added the provision of a dedicated Project Management department. In 1995, due to the success of this department a separate company, BSPM Ltd. was established to independently provide project management services to Clients throughout Ireland & the UK.
In 2004 J.J. Ballance & Co. Ltd merged with BSPM Ltd. The two practices had successfully worked together on Treasury’s major development at Spencer Dock and this merger was seen as an obvious progression. The combined resources and experience of both practices has synergised into the BSPM Ltd. of today, with a reputation of successful management and delivery of many of Ireland’s landmark developments.
