BSPM Ltd specialise in acting as the Client's representative, in defining the brief for developments, and co-ordinating all the necessary professionals in order to bring about projects in a timely and cost effective manner.
BSPM help the Client to establish their requirements and objectives together with all time and cost restraints. BSPM also would establish all lines of communication review funding arrangements, tax implications, available grants, etc as well as advise on liaison and negotiations with third parties. BSPM would normally review the appointment of the other consultants, develop and maintain the master programme, monitor progress and adjust as necessary to maintain the objective. BSPM would assist the Client in considering and advise upon the types of contractual arrangements available and appropriate to the time and cost restraints. BSPM would normally co-ordinate the production and issue of the tender documentation as well as co-ordinating and monitoring the Project Team and any other matters for which the Client has responsibility.
